We are contracted with the Arizona Department of Economic Security Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

Rise Above Support Services is hiring Direct Care Providers/Caregivers to provide Habilitation,
Respite and Attendant Care services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. We
have several openings valley wide. The ideal candidate should have experience working with
individuals with special needs.

We provide one-on-one, home-based services for children and adults who have developmental
disabilities.
Available Shifts:
After school, evening, and weekend hours available. Limited full time positions available.
Requirements of the Direct Care Provider/Caregiver:

Excellent work history and must be dependable

Previous experience as a Caregiver or Direct Care Provider

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be eligible to obtain a fingerprint clearance card. Which includes multiple background screenings

Have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Have or be willing to obtain Article 9 certification
-
Have Drivers License and Social Security Card
-
Training to become certified will be provided as needed.

Reliable transportation of your own is preferred.
